2010 AMEA SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS
The Sylacauga Utilities Board presented the 2010 Alabama Municipal Electric Authority (AMEA) academic and technical scholarships at our monthly board meeting. These scholarships are given to students whose families are electric customers of the Sylacauga Utilities Board. Scholarships totaling $7,500 were awarded to three high school graduates. Scholarships of $2,500 each were awarded to Anna Bates, Callie Johnson, and Ranae Burton. We are privileged to be able to do this each year on behalf of AMEA.
