The 2008 season is coming up and there is a lot to do.  January will be busy, we are planning to change turn one by putting a table top in the middle.  January 19th will be work day, so if you are free your help is needed.

I want to thank all who came to the first race and the ones who traveled to the second race, even though it got rained out (due to all the mini ponds).  We are going to have our Grand Opening on February 16th, which is the third Saturday.  The first Saturday of February has a NBL National at Wire Grass BMX in Dothan, Al.  We have a lot of riders with dual licenses who might or will be attending the national race.  I want to have a big crowd for the grand opening.

Landscaping has started around the track, so by February the track should have a new look.  We are still looking for companies or people to sponsor the track.  Also in the works are the announcing tower, concession/registration building, and fencing along side the track and around the park.  Please, if you or your company is interested in being a sponsor, email me at the track email address. marblecitybmx@charter.net
