The Industrial Development Board of the City of Sylacauga, Inc.

MISSION STATEMENT

To serve as the supporting link between business, government and the local community in the maintenance and growth of the community's industrial sector.

To provide attractive financing opportunities for existing and potential industry.

To provide attractive building sites for existing and potential industry.

To provide adequate access for existing and potential industrial sites.

To participate in the administration of Talladega County Economic Development Authority activities.

To provide input, support and oversight to TCEDA development activities.

To represent Sylacauga in TCEDA interfaces with the Alabama Development Office and other industrial development groups.

To function as the financial representative for Sylacauga political and business groups supporting the TCEDA.

To develop and maintain a clear, concise Master Plan for the Sylacauga Industrial Development Board as a viable factor in industrial development, in close association with the TCEDA.
